Evan M. Kushner is a Partner of Kushner & Marano, P.C., a law firm specializing in real estate and litigation. Mr. Kushner manages the real estate department and has been actively involved in real estate since 1991. During that time, outside of the practice of law, Mr. Kushner has developed real estate, purchased and managed real estate, both commercial and residential, as well as raised capital for alternate real estate backed assets. As a real estate attorney Mr. Kushner represents both private and institutional lenders and is experienced in collateralizing real estate and alternative assets.
Mr. Kushner received a B.A. in finance, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1987 and received his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1991. From 2001-2005 Mr. Kushner served as a member of the Practice Standards Committee for the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts (formerly the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association) and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
