Jonathan Batchelder joined Wallace Capital in 2000. Mr. Batchelder’s main responsibilities include the management, development and construction of Wallace Property’s residential and commercial real estate projects. Prior to joining Wallace Property, Mr. Batchelder was a sales engineer in the software industry. He also has additional experience in information technology and telecommunications.
Mr. Batchelder is responsible for all various residential leasing as well as tenant and unit owner relations. In addition he is responsible for budget projection, vendor contract negotiations and maintenance of the buildings. Mr. Batchelder is responsible for sourcing origination, due diligence and transaction execution. Mr. Batchelder is a licensed real estate sales agent and received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire.
